We decided to have our roof evaluated before shopping for home insurance and called Z.T. Roofing and Construction. Zac arrived and concluded we were in need of a new roof. We were surprised since the roof was only seven years old. We informed Zac that a new roof would have to be completed in less than seven days for us to successfully acquire our home insurance choice. Zac assured us Z.T. Roofing could meet the deadline. The crew stripped, sheathed, and shingled the house and workshop in one day. With new guttering getting installed the next day, the job was completed in 2 days and our deadline was met. The crew did a good job of minimizing landscaping damage and removing debris. Have already recommended Z.T. Roofing to several neighbors.
